At Raghvan, we take pride in offering thoughtfully crafted 925 sterling silver jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you still face an issue, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns only in case of:
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product delivered
📌 To be eligible for a return:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Tags, boxes, and invoices must be intact

- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
Returns requested after 48 hours will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Earrings (studs, drops, hoops, etc.)
- Kids jewellery
- Custom or personalised jewellery
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
💰 Refunds
- Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect after approval
🚚 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products, subject to availability
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
📦 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
⚠️ Important Notes
- Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting or screen differences — this is not considered a defect
- Natural oxidation of silver over time is normal and not eligible for return
