📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship PAN-India.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Non-metro / remote areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders
COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include an additional fee

(Any applicable charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.)

📍 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.
Raghvan will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

🔄 Undelivered / Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping will be done at an additional cost.
